<br />Section 1. That it is deemed necessary and conducive to the
<br />public hea t ~, ~ aar~v®ai®nce, welfar® and safety, by reason of the present
<br />necessity 0f protecting pedestrians, particularly children, who are sow
<br />compelled to walk in the paved. p~-rtih of the street„ to isprove ~hiteth®rn
<br />Avenue from ?~raia Road to Kennedy Ridge Road, by co~tructin~g sad iasta7.l-
<br />ing aconcrete p~tbliC sidewalk, five feet in width, ®n the southerly and
<br />easterly sid®S thereof.

<br />grade and elevations are hereby confirmed and established as the grade of
<br />said sidewalk.

<br />of the prop®sed-liprovement heretofore prepared by the City &ngineer sad now
<br />filed in the office of the Director of Public Service be sad the sam® are
<br />hereby approved.

<br />City of ~terth Olmsted, which said lots and leads are hereby deteraimed to b~

<br />days from and after the passage of the assessing ordinances, in which

<br />or bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred
