RESOLUTION N0. 2479. <br />BY: Mr. Crider. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SAFETY DIRECTOR <br />TO EATER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF A ROAD STRIPER FOR USE BY THE SER9ICE <br />DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service of the City of North <br />Ol'sted has duly advertised for proposals for the purchase of a road <br />striper for the use of the Service Department of the City, and <br />WHEREAS, the Bowman Western :tamping Company, Incorporated, <br />has submitted the lowest and best proposal for furnishing such road <br />striper for use of said Service Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />The proposal of the Bohan Western Stamping Coffipany, IaCOP- <br />porated, for the purchase of one road striper, in accordance with the <br />City proposal be accepted, for the stem of X1,095.00. <br />The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with the said Borrma.n Western Stamp- <br />ing Cc~pany, Incorporated for the purchase of said road striper as <br />hereimbefore set forth, in accordance with the advertiseffient for proposals, <br />the proposals and the specifications on file, all of which shall be made <br />a part of the contract as if fully rewritten therein. <br />This is an eaergency measure a~ecessary for the public health, <br />pease and safety and t o immediately provide a road striper for the use of <br />the Service Department of said City. <br />PASSED: April 23, 195?. <br />ATTEST: <br />_~~ <br />. hri stman, e r o ouxtc <br />AFPROVED: <br />,B_,~~ <br />ar es yor <br />
