That no person, firm or corporation shall sell <br />or distribute any milk, cream or fluid milk products in the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, without first having made application to the <br />NVapor and obtained a permit signed by the Mayor to sell car distribut® <br />such products. No person, firm or corporation shall be granted such <br />permit unless tY~ere is filed a certificate of inspection frc~ a County <br />or Citp Health Department, whose inspection the Mayor shall accept as <br />being competent to show that such person;, firm corporation or associa- <br />tion is in compliance with the latest addition of the United States <br />Public Health Service 3ta~ard trdinance with a plant score of not less <br />than 90 and a farm rating of not less than 90 as determined by the <br />methods of evaluation of such Ordinance,. <br />Section 2. Any person, firffi, corporation or association <br />selling, transporting or distributing milk, cream or fluid dairy <br />products in the City of North Olmsted without first having obtained <br />the required permit sha 11 be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined an <br />amount not exceeding $l~.9.00 and costs. Fa,ch day's violation shall be <br />deemed a separate offense and punishable accordingly. <br />3ection____3,._ Ordinance No« 962, passed Y' 13, 1952, and any <br />other ordinance or part thereof, inconsistent herewith, is hereby <br />repealed. <br />section 1~.
