ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PLAT OF ~ACKENZIE <br />PARS D~TP:I.OPl~iENT N0. 1 FOR SUBDIVISION <br />AND RECORIIING PURPOSES ONLY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLl~STBD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the plat of the Agackenzie Park Development <br />No. 1 as presented to this Council, be and the same is hereby approved <br />and accepted for subdivision and recording purposes only. The street <br />or streets as shown thereon are not accepted or dedicated far public <br />use at this time, <br />Section 2.
