WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of Morth Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga C®unty, for the improvement of Dover Road, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for constructing sidewalks, and WHEREAS, Vera Clarke has paid said assessments together with interest thereon on Permanent Farcel No. 235-~-1 on the Auditors records of ~uyahoga County, Ohio, said parcel being on the easterly side of said Dover Road, North O1ffiated, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OL~iSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby author- ised and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1955 and continuing through 195+, certified and levied on said Permanent Parcel No. 235-2-1 on the County Auditoria records which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement of Dover Road by constructing therein a sidewalk. That the annual assessments for said iaprovement including interest at the rate of 3~ on said premises amounted to the spa of #55. ~0. Twat the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authori$od and directed to receive payment in fn].l, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year x955 and con- tinuing through 1956. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure accessary for the public health, pNeaee and safety and to parotids immediately for the cancellation of special assessments which have been paid in full, PASSE-: December ?~ 1954.
