RESOLUTIO~t N0. .t' ~' ~tf -~ <br />By: Mr. ~r.~..-~~~ ~~,~~-~-, ; A RESOLUTI01~ TH,ANSFERRING FUNDS <br />WHEE3EAS, it appears tm the Council that the unexpended <br />balance in the Maple Ridge Sidewalk Fund was transferred heretofore <br />to the Sinking Fund, and <br />WHER&AS, the .sum of #353.99 should have been refunded to <br />A. C. ~tobertson, as a retainer from said Mapl® Ridge Sidewalk Fund. <br />NOW, THER.T~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THP COtTNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ~iORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer funds as follows: <br />9353.99 from the Sinking Fund to the Maple ridge <br />Sidewalk Fund <br />Section 2.
