RESOLUTION N0. ~ o a <br />BY: Mr. ,~ R.ESOLUTION REQUESTING THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTIMATED <br />LIFE OF USEFULNESS OF THE TNIPROVEMENT <br />OF LOUIS DRIVE ITS ENTIRE LENGTH BY <br />CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A WATER MAIN. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing X1$,400.00 <br />of notes for the purpose of improving Louis Drive its entire length, <br />by constructing therein a water main, in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications on file in the office of the City Director of <br />Public Service, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 133.24 and 133.21 of the Revised Code <br />of Ohio, require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this <br />Council his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement <br />proposed to be acquired or constructed from the proceeds of said <br />notes, and also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of <br />such notes calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />133.20, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code. <br />NOW, THEt~iEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL GF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life <br />of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such notes. <br />PASSED:.
