RESOLUTION N0. 2011. <br />BY: Mr, Schwenk. RESOLUTION ALLOWING PAYMENT FOR <br />KILLING AND INJt1RIES TO SHEET' BY <br />DOG. <br />Whereas, B. F. Salisbury cif 3070 Lorain Road, in the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, (also North Olxsted Township) is the <br />owner of several Shropshire registered sheep, and <br />Whereas, on or about the 6th day of July, 195., a dog <br />or dogs running at large in said City and Township killed one of <br />said registered ewes and seriously injured another, and <br />Whereas, this Council caused said incident to be <br />satisfactorily investigated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />That this Council allows the payment of the sum of <br />X30.00 to said B. F. Salisbury as and for a fair and reasonable <br />amount for his loss and damages arising from the death and in- <br />jus~r to said shee~f and so rec4end to the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cuyahoga County payment of said loss and damage <br />out of the Dog and Kennel Fund of said County. <br />PASSED: August 3, 1954. <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />E; 'l+~.
