ORDINANCE N0. _ / ~ ~T~ <br />BY: R+Ir. ~~~ ..r~.F~ z F.~ ~..: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTIAtG <br />THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />ON SUBLOT N0. 69 OR FRANK STREET, <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, by improving Frank Street, in the City of North 0].msted, Ohio, <br />by grading and slagging the saws, and <br />WHEREAS, William J. Rohlke has paid said assessments together <br />with interest thereon, on Sublot No. 69 on Frank Street, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, Permanent No. 231-23..31 on the Auditor's records <br />of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLI~STED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Auditor of <br />and directed to cancel a; <br />assessments for the year <br />and levied on 3ublot No. <br />and further described on <br />No. 231-23-31, and which <br />the improvement mf Frank <br />Cuyahoga County be and is her®by authorised <br />Ll future assessments, beginning with the <br />1954 and continuing through 1959, certified <br />69 on Frank Street, forth Olmsted, Ohio, <br />the Auditor's Records as being Permanent <br />assessments were certified and levied for <br />Street by grading and slagging the same. <br />That the annual assessments for said improvement including <br />interest at the rate of 2-1/2~ on said premises amounted to the suxa <br />of X74.5$. <br />That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby <br />authorised and directed to receive payment i.n fu1.l, with interest of <br />such assessments beginning with the year 1954 and continuing through <br />1959. <br />That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance <br />to the Auditor mf Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, <br />peace and safety and to provide immediately for the eancellati®n of <br />special assessments which have been paid in full. <br />,~ <br />PASSED : ;.,~'~-~ ~` ~ / .~ J <br />ATTEST : ~ i ,/,~ <br />A 3 <br />t_ ~r -~ <br />.
