NEUBAUER AN ORliINAVCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO SIGN <br />A CONTRACT WITH COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR THE Il~+IPROVE~tENT OF CLAGUE ROAD <br />FROI~I LORAIN ROAD TO MASTICK ROAD . <br />BE IT ORDAI~tEll ~3Y THE, COUNCIL Or, THE CITY OF NORTH OLt~ISTED , <br /> <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />That whereas the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio have submitted their contract to the City of North <br />Olmsted for the improvement of Clague Road from Lorain Road to <br />i~Iastick Road for re-surfacing with asphaltic concrete; and <br />~uhereas, this Council by ordinance heretofore duly passed <br />,~,~,~ <br />-:~, <br />agrees to pay the sum of :5,000.00 towards said improvement. <br />Therefore, the Service Director of the City of North Olmsted is <br />hereby authorized and directed to sign the contract submitted by <br />the Board of County Commissioners to this Council for the improve- <br />ment of Clague Road from Lorain Road to Mastick Road by re-surfacing <br />with asphaltic concrete. <br />PAS;~ED : November 18, 1952 <br /> <br />larence J viatt , T~ayor <br />
