<br />BE IT 08DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OL~ISTED,
<br />STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1. That for the purpose of raising aoffiey in anticpa-
<br />tion of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of
<br />Stearns Road from Lorain Road to northerly line of Bernard Stearns
<br />property; Flehearty Road from Lorain Road to the south end; 'and
<br />Canterbury Road from Lorain Road -north, to the northerly line of
<br />the Coe Ridge Investment Co. 2.49.05 feet froffi Lorain, by conatruction
<br />of water mains therein, in accordance with Ordinanc®s Nos. and
<br />$,passed on the 15th day of Map, 1951, and Ordinance No. $97, passed
<br />the 31st day of July, 1951, respectively, bonds of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, shall be issued to the amount of ~6l~,90O.00 to pay
<br />notes previously issued and now due and payable.
<br />S~~,Qn 2. Said bonds shall be signed by the Mayor and Al,ibgr,
<br />b®ar date of October 1, 1952, and shall be numbered and be due and
<br />payable as follows:
