What for the purpose of raising money iri antici- pation of the collection of special assessments for the improvement of Andrus Avenue, from the Boulevard (northerly end of Andrus Avenue) to tennedy midge xoad, by grading, draining and slagging same, in accordance with Ordinance r~o. X00, passed on the 7th day of iJiarch, 1950, bonds of the village of North Olmsted, Ohio, shell be issued to the amount of X10,750.00 to pay a note previously issued and is now due and payable. Section 2. Said bonds shall be signed by the l~'Iayor and Clerk, bear date of .Octo.ber 1, 1951, and shall be numbered and be due and payable as follows: Date of ~~Iaturity luos.
