Hatton ORDINANCE FIXING AN,[I DETER- <br />~+IINI~IG SALARIES ANU BONDS OF <br />ELECTED OFFIGIALS.OE THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />BE IT OR33AINED 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLM3TED <br />OHIO, That: <br />~'~ Section 1. Beginning January 1, 1952, and thereafter the salaries <br />and bonds of the following elected officials of the City of tuorth <br />Olmsted, Uhio, are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: <br />iyia.yor Salary ~5 ~ 100.00 per year. Mond 1, 000.00 <br />Auditor Salary X6,600.00 per year. Mond X1,000.00 <br />'t`reasurer Salary ~ 900.00 per year. Bond~10,000.00 <br />Solicitor Salary X5,000.00 per year. wo Bond. <br />President of Council Salary 360.00 per year. i~o Bond. <br />T~iembers of Council Salary ~ 360.00 per year. luo t3ond. <br />Justice of the Peace r'ees of Office. Bond ~1~000.00 <br />Section 2. `t'he salaries of the j~iayor, Auditor and Solicitor shall <br />be paid in equal semi monthly installments on the 15th and the last <br />day of each and every month. Salaries of the `t`reasurer, k'resident <br />of Council and ~ylembers of council, shall be paid in equal monthly <br />installments at the end of each and every month. <br />S,e~tion 3. Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances, contrary <br />and inconsistent hereto, be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />Section 1,..
