AE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the revised assessment of the cost and expense of improving Hecker Road in the City of North ~~lmsted by the installation and construction therein of a storm sewer pursuant to Ordinance No. 62-53 passed by this Council on J~prit"'1Q, 1962, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-181, passed by this Council on October 16, 1962, as reported to this Council on May 15, 1963, amo??ntina in the aggregate to .11,122.69 and now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, be and the same is hereby adopted and. confirmed and that there be and are hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and. land. bounding and abutting t±pon said improvement the several amounts reported as aforesaid, which assessments are in pooportion to the special benefits and are not in excess of any statutory limitation. Section 2: That the Council hereby finds an c. determines that the revised assessments as now on file in the office of said Clerk are in the same proportion to the estimated assessments as originally filed as the actual cost of the above described. improve- ment is to the estimated cost of the improvement as originally filed. Section 3: That the assessment against each lot or parcel of land shall be payable in cash within thirty (30) days from and after the passage of this Ordinance or, at the option of the owner, in ten annual installments with interest at the same rates as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. A11 cash payments shall be made to the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted. All assessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of thirty (30) days shall becertified by the Clerk of this Council to the County Auditor as r~rovided by law to be '~y him extended on the tax duplicate and collectec?. as other taxes are collected. Section 4: That the Clerk of Council shall cause a notice of the passage of this Ordinance to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in this City and to continue ~ on file in his office said revised assessments. Section 5: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed. to deliver a certified copy of this ~.3rdinance to 1;he County Auditor within twenty C20) days after its passage. Section 6: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare by virtue of the fact that its immediate t~assa~e is necessary so that bonds may be
