Residence <br />certain parcels of .land described in <br />Co~anci.l has reason to believe that the <br />Road may be inadequate to carry the <br />imposed by multiple dwellin¢s; and <br />f:~7T-lE"ttEAS, ~t~alter Pelech and Lottie Pelech have <br />agreed to give the City of North Olmsted a covenant Lmr3er the <br />terms of which they will follow a certain plan of draining sanitary <br />sewers in connection with the development of their land at 23460 <br />Lorain Road, a copy of which covenant is attached hereto and in- <br />corporated by reference and marked Exhibit "A"; and <br />tNHE~:EAS, the Engineer has advised the Council that <br />the plan of draining sanitary sewers shown. in said covenant will <br />avoid aver-loading the present system of sanitary sewers. <br />NOW, TIiF?,REFURE, ~3E IT RES:>LV.ED 3Y `.C~~E Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That this Council hereby determines to accept <br />from ~'Valter Pelech and 3~ottie Pelech their written covenant to drain <br />all sanitary sewage for the five southerly apartment buildings to <br />be erected into the sewers on Lorain Road and to drain only the <br />two northerly apartment buildings to be erected on their land into <br />the North Clague and ~.?~alter Road drainage area.
