CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTTON No. 63 - .~~ <br />By <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PLAT OF TREE LANE SU BDIVISION No. 2, PROPOSED, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Tree Lane Subdivision No. 2, <br />proposed, has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission <br />and approved by it; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat includes one hundred and forty- <br />four C144) sublots and seven C7) streets, as follows: Bentley <br />Drive, Plumwood Drive, Danberry Drive, Fairfield Drive, Concord <br />Drive Oak Lane and Oak Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the City <br />Engineer that said plat meets all of the requirements of the <br />Ordinances and Resolutions of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That this Council hereby determines that the <br />plat of Tree Lane Subdivision No. 2, proposed, meets all of the <br />requirements of the Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and, therefore, approves said plat, for record <br />purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and that such emergency exists <br />by virtue of the fact that it is essential that the orderly de- <br />velopment of the City be .permitted to proceed at the earliest <br />possible date; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effedt and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~Jia-~~~. °~- ~ ~ /~~-~' <br />~~ ~''N~ f/L~, F~~. resident <br />~ of Council `h=p %~ , -; <br />ATTE <br />,Lou se Hail, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVE /% <br />r <br />~.-- / A <br />4 <br />Paul J.
