Golich of 6727 McKenzie Road <br />have paid the sum of ~ 93.50 in payment of said special assets, 1n <br />advance, for the tax years 19 63 through 19 79 , incisive, toge~er with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-10-20 , <br />i h the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOM, THEREFORE, 8E I T ORI?AI NEO by the Counci 1 of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 63 through 19 79 , <br />inclusive, ease;sments in full for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for sanitary sewers <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the Ci ty of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 63 through 19 79~ inclusive, mounting to <br />$ 93.50 on said parcel, <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pears, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emercy exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the sped ai assessments on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 235-10-20 sfor preparation of plans and specifications for <br />sanisary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall larks effect im~iately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allewed by law. <br />.~.., <br />~~~ ~_ <br />PASSED :~,__„_~.-,~.,.,.~..~_ <br />ATTEST• <br />Louisa Nail, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: -~ <br />/ ~~~' <br />r <br />Paul J.
