CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 ~,+„ <br />B T ~~ ~ ~ .-7 c,~c,~.~ <br />y <br />A RESOLUTION, APPROVING FOR RECORD PURPtJSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPQS$D WALTER-MAPLE SUBDIVISION, ANfl <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Walter-Maple Smb- <br />diwision has heretofore been filed containing forty-eight <br />"~ sublots and four streets, to-wit: South Q~cford 4va1, West <br />Oxford Oval, North Oxford Oval and East Oxford Oval; aad <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the <br />Planning Commission and the City Engineer subject to the <br />conveyance by the developer of the parcels shown on said <br />plat as Block B to the North Olmsted Board of Education; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat conforms to the Ordinances <br />and Resolutions of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bq the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council, having been advised that <br />Block B on the plat of the Walter-Maple Sr~bdivision will be <br />conveyed to the North Olmsted Board of Education, and having <br />been advised that the plat of said Walter-Maple Subdivision <br />meets the requirements of the Ordinances and Revolutions of <br />this City, hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and that such emergency <br />exists by virtue of the necessity of giving mediate approval <br />in order that the development of the City may proceed in an <br />orderly fashion; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~/~,-u1~. ~~, / ~1 ~v' <br />,~t <br />;r. <br />qQ~-s+R-'i' <br />-race c ' na d, res dent <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />L <br />4~- u -~e1 <br />ou se Ha11, Clerk o uncii <br />APPROVEl3: <br />._.. `~~ <br />., ,.~c. <br />au, <br />yor <br />~~ ~,. <br />~~i~ ..~, <br />.rt.~ ~ ~ ~ .~~~,. . <br />
