CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-203 <br />BY C~ <br />A RESOLUTION NOTIFYING THE DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF <br />LIQUOR CONTROL, STATE OF OHIO, DONALD D. COOK, OF <br />THE OBJECTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO TO APPLICATION # 126188 IN THE NAME <br />OF WILLLAM THOMAS MACK, AND DECLAR[NG AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4203.261 of the Revised Code <br />of Ohio the North Olmsted Legislative Authority was notified of application <br /># I 26188 for a D-2 permit in the name of William Thomas Mack, 26540 Lorain <br />Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4303.261 of the Revised Code of Ohio provides <br />for the Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application for a <br />liquor permit within thirty days of the date of the notification of such application. <br />Section 1: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the <br />Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, does hereby exercise its right ~ <br />object to the issuance of a D-2 permit applied for under application # I 26188 <br />by William Thomas Mack, 26540 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and does <br />direct the Clerk of Council to send by certified mail; <br />(1) Two certified copies of this Resolution of <br />objection, and <br />(2) Two signed statements in writing, listing the reasons <br />for the objections, <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date for a <br />member of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare and <br />that such emergency exists by virtue of the fact that the Revised Code of Ohio <br />provides for the Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED ~~~~,~--- <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret West, Clerk of Council <br />~ a,.-,._~ e-~ <br />Francis J.
