CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION iyTo. 64- <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHOF~IZING THE DIRECTCROF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />A MOSQUITO FOGGER FOR USE WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLM$TED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />~.~ <br />WHEREAS, Council of the City of North Olmsted, has received <br />many complaints regarding the numerous amounts of mosquitoes within the <br />City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the present equipment <br />is insufficient to control the spread of mosquitoes within the city of North <br />Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to control and alleviate the condition <br />which exists as a result of the mosquitoes within the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to a dvertise for bids for a mosquito <br />fogger in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in his <br />office . <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, and safety of the City, WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law . <br />PASSED: ~~- <br />~', ` <br />/1 tx...~~.-c.~-c <br />Francis J.
