CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 64-116 <br />Introduced by: MR. CASTER <br />A RESOLUTION NOTIFYING THE DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF <br />LIQUOR CONTROL, STATE OF OHIO, DONALD D. COOK, <br />OF THE OBJECTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO TO APPLICATION #I 45899 IN THE <br />NAME OF OHIO PIZZA CORP, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />~`'"` WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4303.261 of the Revised <br />Code of Ohio, the North Olmsted Legislative Authority was notified <br />of application #I-45899 for a D-1 permit in the name of Ohio Pizza <br />Corporation, 26127 Lorain Road, North, Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4303,261 of the Revised Code of <br />Ohio provides for the Legislative Authority'~~to object to the <br />issuance of an application for a liquor permit within thirty <br />days of the date of the notification of such application; <br />Section 1: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT resolved that <br />the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, does hereby exercise <br />its right to object to the issuance of a D-1 permit applied for <br />under Application #I-45899 by the Ohio Pizza Corp., 26127 Lorain <br />Rd., North Olmsted, Ohio, and does direct the Clerk of Council to <br />send by certified mail: <br />(1) Two certified copies of this Resolution of <br />Objection, and <br />(2) Two signed statements in writing, listing the <br />reasons for the objection, <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date <br />for a member of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public welfare and that such emergency exists by virtue of the fact <br />that the Revised Code of Ohio provides for the Legislative Authority <br />to object to the issuance of an application within thirty days of the <br />date of the notification of such application, WHEREFORE, this <br />Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage, otherwise, <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
