CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~, ~-1 D 3 <br />-. ,~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0 232-2-22 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE <br />. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />pity of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County far the <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE. <br />WHEREAS, Robert D. Albrecht of 4951 Lansing Drive <br />have paid the sum of $ 179.16 n payment of said special assessments, in adva+~~~~ <br />for the tax years 19 64 through 19 66 i nc 1 us i ve, together with accrued irti~q~ll~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No.232-2-22 in the City of M4tr~h <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and h® is herby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through 19 66, incluslw* <br />~s~essments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olrast~i <br />iS hereby. authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />,~;;essments for the period 19 ~+ through 19 6b inclusive, amounting to <br />179,16 on .said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary far the preservation of the public peace, health <br />And welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtu <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No.232-2-22 for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and of er its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by laws <br />PASSED: ` <br />Francis J.
