CITY OF NORTH `OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, 4 µ''~~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 235-13-144 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR STREET PAYING <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />street paving. <br />WHEREAS, The West End Realty. Co. of 5678 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ $6.$O in payment of said special assessments, in adva~cr,P~ <br />for the tax years 19 6t~through ig 68 inclusive, together with accrued int~r~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-13-144 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is her~b~r <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 64 through 19 68 incl~te(~~ <br />a~$essments in full for, street paving. <br />Sect ion 2: That the D i rector of F i Hance of the City of North Olaett«1 <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period ig 64 through 19 68 inclusive, amounting to <br />: 86.80 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virxue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />Na. 235-13-144 for street paving. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: J <br />Francis J.
