That the Clerk of Coun*~il 6s hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to thQ Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Or.-~inance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure: necessary for the preserva*_ion of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the dity of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No, 231-2w110 <br />for the construction of a son°stary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5.
