(0S'-~32~' <br />/~ ~, ,, <br />BY ' V V ~.A~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANC€l1JlTIQN <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PGEI N0.232.2g-6 <br />BEING AN ASS ESSMEN7 FOR PREPARAT tON OI: PLANS AMD <br />SPECIFLCATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />t <br />\J <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyaht~ County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary seMrars, <br />WHEREAS, Franklyn E. ~ Rosemary L. Yehlik of Canterbury Road <br />have paid the sum of S 82. p1} in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232.~y_6 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is herMr~r <br />authorised and directed to cancel for the years 19 ~ through 1979, irtclttlltiv~s <br />a;sessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Dlautad <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such aas,ts <br />for the period 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to S 82.04 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forv~ rd an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Qhsl. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to bet an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, hetaith <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtst# of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcei No.232-29 -6 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Where Fore, this Ordinance shell take effect immediately fre~tn <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: `--~C.~~~~~(,~,XI P~' ~SJ <br />ATTEST: ~` <br />~ ~1.
