CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65- ~'~;~ <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />THE BRETTON RIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 4, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />® WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore reviewed and <br />approved proposed improvement plans for the Bretton Ridge Subdivision No, 4 <br />and the Engineer has advised this Council that said plans meet the rPC~uirements <br />of the Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE CT RESOLVED that the Council of the City <~f <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Council of the City of North Olansted does <br />hereby approve the improvement plans for Bretton Ridge Subdivision No, 4, <br />and finds the said plans meet the requirements of the Ordinances and Resolutions <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare of the City by virtue <br />of the immediate necessity of approving the within improvement plans so that <br />the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in farce immediately ~kporl <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED; ~ ~ `,S` <br />® ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
