~' <br />CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~, S - ~ ~~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHO LING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 232-11-28 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY S1;i+lERS <br />. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />® City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of sanitary sewers <br />WHEREAS, Margaret Auw of 5206 Dover Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 970.52 in payment or said special assess~}~ents, in adYa~!1G4, <br />fOr the tax years 1966 through 19 84 inclusive, together with accrued lAtl'e~t <br />1`vied thereon against Per,nanent Par~.el No. 232-11-28 in the City of 1Mar~t!! <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is i~erNry <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 19 84 inclusive <br />assessments in full for, construction of sanitary sewers. <br />• <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />i~ hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 66 through 19 84 inclusive, amounting to <br />970.52 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to bs ao <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of tl~"necessity of cancelling the special assessments on PerAwnent Parcel <br />No. 232-11-28 for sanitary sewers <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwirse, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: _~,~~(~~ ~ ~, I ~b ~ ~~,, <br />Francis J.
