G`am'" ~ ~~~ <br />~Y <br />AN ORDINANC UTHOR121NG AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECtAI ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.231-c,_12 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SA,I;'~laY SE+'~r,HS <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of tho <br />Clty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of sar:itary~ sewers <br />~ WHEREAS, 'sNalter anc~ t+'~rtha rirue~el of 22y~2 Clit'forc :venue <br />have paid the sum of s 611.08 in payment of said special ass ess~nents, in advencet <br />for the tax years 19 b6 throuyh 19811 inclusive, together with accrued Interest <br />Isvted thereon against Permanent Par~:ol No. 231-:_-12 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br /> <br />1 <br />L~ <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hsreby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 ;,b through 19 81a inClusly• <br />assessments in full for,sanita ry sewer construction <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 66 throuyh 19 8!~ inclusive, amounting to <br />6111, 08 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to form rd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohip, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to b• an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 231-b-12 for sanitar~;r sewer construction <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: ) ( 9 + ~ o S <br />fL~-~-~ , Y_. <br />Francis J.
