v <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO, 65- ~~ ty,~ ~ <br /> <br />BY _ L• <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 65-224, <br />ENACTED SEPTEMBER 21 , 1965 , ENTITLED "AN OR_DINAN GE <br />ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION LEBERN DRIVE FROM WALTER <br />ROAD TC) HAWKINS AVENUE; VINCENT DRIVE FROM LEBERN <br />DRIVE TO HAWKINS AVENUE; HAWKINS AVENUE FROM <br />ROBINSON AVENU£ TO REAR LINE OF LOTS FRONTING Or1 <br />SOUTH SIDE OF LEBERN DRIVE" BY ACCEPTING FOR DE DI-~ <br />CATIO?~', II~T ADDI'T'ION THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF C?F HAWKINS <br />AVENUE FROM THE REAR LINE OF LOTti'~ FRONTING ON THE <br />SOUTH T DE C?F LEBER!v DRIVE TO THE REAR LINE OF LOTS <br />FRONTING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF' NOREEN DRIVE AND <br />NORL'EN DRIVE FROM `"dA.LTER ROAL) TC) HAWKINS AVENUE, <br />AND DECLARII~TG Ai~T EMERGENCY <br />W'rIEREAS, Ordinance No. 65-224, enacted fieptember 21, 1965, did <br />nvt include certain streets which should in addition have been accepted for <br />dedication; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to Council that all the <br />improvements shown on the irriprovement plans of the Candlelight Subdivision <br />previously approved by this Council has been completed in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications shown thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer wishes to correct a previous mistake in <br />not including certaii°~ streets which should have been accepted for dedication Ira <br />Ordinance No. 65-224. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />® Nocth Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That Section 1 now reading as follows: <br />"Section l: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />LeBem Drive from Walter Road to Hawkins Avenue; Vincent Drive <br />from Le Bern Drive to Hawkins Avenue; Hawkins Avenue from <br />Robinson Avenue to rear line of lots fronting on south side of LeBem <br />Drive . '" <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication Lebern <br />Drive from Walter Road to Hawkins Avenue; Vincent Drive from Lebern Drive to Hawkin <br />Avenue; Hawkins Avenue from Robinson Avenue to rear line of lots fronting on south <br />side of Lebern Drive; the westerly one-half of Hawkins Avenue from the rear line <br />of lots fronting on the south side of Lebern Drive to the rear line of lots fronting <br />on the south side of Noreen Drive; Noreen Drive from Walter Road to Hawkins <br />Avenue. <br />
