CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO, 65- ~ ~~ ~., <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION' KNOWN AS COTTON- <br />WOOD TRAIL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Cottonwood Trail Subdivision has here- <br />to fore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and <br />referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains forty (40} sublots and <br />two (2} streets to-wit: Cottonwood Trail from Dover Center Load west <br />to Dogwood Trail, dogwood Trail from Cottonwood Trail north to 204. ~0 <br />feet; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance to the Resolutions and Ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of Cottonwood Trail sub- <br />division, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of Noa~th Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this resolution is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, <br />peace, health and safety of the City by virtue of the necessity of giving <br />immediate approval. to said plat in order that the development of the City <br />may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
