CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65--~~~---- <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DiREGTOR ~"~I" <br />PUBLIC SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TU AO~TFI~.'I'Z~~- <br />FOR BIDS FUR THE CHIPPING AND TARRING OF ~::bp.Tw'~ <br />ROADS WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLNiSTEU, .NI <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />• <br />WHEREAS, Council. has been advised by the Director s~f <br />Public Se.rvicc and Public Safety that there arc certain roads within the Cit}., <br />of North Cflmsted requiring an additional top layer, and <br />O <br />WHEREAS, Council hag been further advised that izx ordex <br />to repair said roads and to rxYake them useable to they citizens of North C}lmsted <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to maintain rands witl°,in the <br />City of North Olmsted in an excellent condition for the use of the citizens <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council. of thy: <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section l: That the Director of Public Service and <br />Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the chipping <br />and tarring of certain roads within the City of North Olmsted in accordanc~* <br />with the plans and e~pecifications now on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to l~e~ <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,. <br />health, safety and welfare of the City: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shah <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise. at the <br />earliest period allowed by lava. <br />PASSED: ~ <br />ATTEST:. <br />APPROVED: <br />Francis J.
