~~ ~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - ~. ;~_ <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO DIRECT THE CITY ENGINEER TO .PREPARE <br />PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SOUTHERN AVENUE BETWEEN MC KENZIE <br />ROAD AND DECKER ROAD, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorised to direct the City Engineer to prepare <br />the necessary plans, specifications and cost estimates for the improvement <br />of Southerr~Avenue between McKenzie Road and Decker Road except for <br />storm sewers . <br />Section 2. That this resolution is declared to he an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the urgent necessity <br />of these improvements. WHEREFORE, this resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
