«. ~, CITY OF NORTII OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 66- 3,3 m ~1,. ru,~ • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-131 ENACTED JZJI.Y 10, 1962, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING SALAtItES, WAGES AND BON D6 OF 1~PCl~#NTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED" AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N08. 63-103, 64-56, 65-284, 66-86 and 66-i13 ENACTED APRIL 19, 1966, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY NOW, THERB~'C3RE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Ordinance No. 62-131 enacted July 10, 1962, as ssmss-ds!d by Ordinance Noa. 63-103, 64-56, 65-284, 66-86 and 66-1i3, stxots~d April 19 , 19 66 , reading a s follows: Superintendent of Public Works $7, 600.00 Annually Foreman of Service Department $2.80 to S3.00 per hour Class A Labor (Heavy Equipment) $2.50 to $2.75 per hour Class B Labor (Trucks & Equip- ment) $2.25 to $2.60 per hour Class C Labor $1.80 to $2.20 per hour Class D Labor 51,50 to 51.70 per hour Cla s s E Labor 51.2 5 to $1.5 0 per hover Mechanic 52.50 to 52.75 per hour be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1: That Beginning January 1, 1967, the organi$ation salaries and wages of the employees of the Service Department are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: Superintendent of Parks $7, 600.00 Annually Superintendent-Service Dept. 53.25 to $3.75 per hour Foreman of Service Department 53.00 to $3.25 per hour Class A Labor (Heavy Equipment) $2.75 to $3.00 per hour Class B Labor (Trucks & Equip- ment) $2.25 to 52.60 per hour Class C Labor S2.25 to $3.00 per hour Class D Labor Class E Labor $2.40 to $1.25 to 52.60 per hour $2.40 per hour Mechanic $2.75 to 53.00 per hour Section 2: Employees of the Service Department shall not be required to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, indepsnslence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. However, said employees shall bs paid for an eight hour day at the regular rate for each of said holidays , unlfss required by the Service Director in case of emergency.
