Nardi and Fhilip ~,goglia, <br />28924 Lorain Road, North Ol stad, Ohio; an <br />WHEREAS, fiction 4303.2fi1 of th Ohio Devised Coda provides for' <br />the legislative Authority to obi~ct to the issuance of an applica#ion for a li <br />permit within thirty days of the date of the notification of such appliss~ton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, does <br />hsretby exsfrcise its right to ob;era to the issuance of a D-2 end D-2 pit applied <br />for uktcbr a~lication No. 63Q6707 by Frank C. Nardi acrd Philip Engo~lia, 28429 <br />i~xain Read, Noah Olmsted, Ohio, and does direct the Clerk of Council to asnrtcl <br />by aartified mail: <br />1. Two vertified copies of this Resolution of Ob#ection; and <br />2. Two siq~d $tatemants in writing, listing the reasons for <br />the obi®ctions. <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Carol set October 18, 1966, at l~fl F.ltif, <br />for a m~-mber of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an eesergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare by viRue of the fact that the Ohio Revised Code provides for the Legislative <br />Awthoctty to obfect to the issuance of an application.
