G G" /( o <br />BY .. <br />• AM ORDINANCE A~."THOr~,1Y1NG AND D1RETINC Ttit CANCELLATION <br />a. <br />OF SPECIAL ASCESSMJE~"°S ON P~4hSA~lL=NT PARCEL ~a0. 237-18-1 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT ~'OR CONS'?'1tUCTlON OE A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DEuLARINr AN !MERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have b?er ve^-tified by the Fiance Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the A~~d^for cf Cuyahoga Coasnty for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, Samuel Benuska of Columbia Road <br />have paid the sum of $1,327.34 in payment of said special assessments, in advance; <br />for the tax years 19 66 through 1984, inclusivev together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parc:~;l No. 237-i8-i in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE l~' ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is,hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years ig 66 through 19$4, inclusive <br />assessments in foil for construction of a sanitary sewe~° lateral. <br />said parcel. <br />Section 2. That the Director of FinancA of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to rPeeive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 66 through 1984, incl~~sive, amoant to ~ 1,327.34 on <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is herQby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of ±his Ordinance tea the A+.~d6tc~r of Cuyhoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Or~'ainance iy hr~rPby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary far the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the city of North Olmsted, and s~~ch emergency axis*_s by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 237-18-1 <br />for the construction of a sanitary sews; lateral. <br />Section 5.
