CITY OF NORTY OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE ~Tt~, 66- ! ~3 <br />BY ~~.. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION' GREAT <br />NORTHERN BOULEVARD FROM COUNTRY CLUB <br />BOULEVARD EAST APPRO?QM.4TELY .1200 FEET <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported ±o Council that all the <br />improvements shown in the improvement plans for Great Northern Boulevard <br />previously approved by Council have been completed in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />Great Northern Boulevard from Country Club Boulevard east approximately 1200 <br />feet . <br />Section 2: WHEREFORE, this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: --~ 2 <br />_ ,~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
