~ :.- CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 66- ~a BY ,, i AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 65-243 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 5, 1965, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 65-44 ENACTED FEBRUARY I6, 1965, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 63-7 ENACTED JANUARY 2, 1963, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 3121 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO COM- PENSATION OF EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL BUS LINE" WHEREAS, the Legislative Committee has recommended to Council that certain changes be made in the organizational chart for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line;and, WtIEREAS, Council is of the opinion that it would be to the best interests of the citizens of North Olmsted that the job classifications of Supe~rintsnd+ of Maintenance , Superintendent of Operations of Municipal Bus Line and Bus Inspector be deleted from the organizational chart; and WHEREAS, Council is desirous of adding to the North Olmsted Municipal Bvs Line Organizational Chart job classifications of Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent-Maintenance and Assistant Superintendent-Operations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 65-243 enacted October S, 1965, reading as follows: "That beginning on October 1 , 1965, employees holding the following positions in the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines shall be paid the salaries and wages as hereinafter determined: Superintendant of Maintenance Superintendant of Operations of Municipal Bus Line Bus Inspector Equipment Repair Supervisor Equipment Repair Leader Equipment Mechanic Equipment Servicemen Extra Labor-Part Time $6, 495.60 per year, payable semi-monthly $7, 300.00 per year, payable semi-monthly $6, 000.00 per year payable semi-monthly $2.75 to $3.25 per hour $2.75 to $3.15 per hour $2.50 to $3.00 per hour $2.10 to $2.50 per hour $1 .26 to $2.26 per hour" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: That beginning on ~ .employees holding the following positions in the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lines shall be paid the salaries and wages as hereinafter determined:
