<br /> W'HEREA&, the Civil Service Commission has ordered that the City of
<br /> !North Olmsted rehire .Steve °Lehnert; and
<br />F
<br /> WHERE, a law suit has been filed in-the Eighth District Court of
<br /> Appeals asking for a Writ of Mandamus against the City of North Olmst®d; and
<br /> WHEREAS, according to the decision. of the Civil service Commission
<br /> of the City of North Olmsted, the City of North Olmsted would owe the said:
<br /> Steve " gehnert wages; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has incurred the expenses and
<br /> will.. incur expenses in the defense of this suit; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said case #k27363 in the Eighth 1~strict Court. c:f Appeals
<br /> for Cuyahoga County .can be settled for $l, 000.OQ, which will relieve the City
<br /> of North Olmsted from all obligates pastor present, including wages and
<br /> :all moral claims, and
<br /> WHEREI~3, the D~riector of I.aw advised the City to settle the afore-
<br />I
<br />mentioned law suit.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ~cil of .the City of
<br /> North Olmsted, State of Ohio:
