<br />WHER£~AS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1331.01-
<br />1332.06 of the Coded Orthnanvas of the City of North Olmsted, the. Building
<br />sskNr has de~Raerterd that an abandoned dwelling on Fitch Road, and
<br />also krtvwn as Penmar~~ Parcel No. 235-18-13, the recand title holder of
<br />w~ is Joeerph Hata~r, 6198 Finch Road, North Olmsted, f?hio, is unsafe,
<br />daer+ous to human life aad a hazard to the sa#ety, health and public welfare
<br />of the Grty- of North ©imsted; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice to repair, remflve and demolish said buildioq was
<br />served by certified mail on said record title holder on January 4 , 1966., orir
<br />him to repair, remove or demolish said dwellir~ and to oomrr~nce such te~palr,
<br />removal ~ demolition within forty-eight (48) hours of te~lpt of said notice; and
<br />WHEREAS, said owner has failed within said time limit and up to
<br />the present date to comply therewith.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDd~tNED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, :Rate of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Council deems it necessary to ps+aceed with the
<br />d.~ition and removal of the dwelling or acceascny building otr Pitch Road,
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, also bppwn as Perrnae~ent Parcel No. 235-1$-13, awed
<br />by Joseph Bauer, fi198 Fitch R~c>ad, North Olmsted, Ohio, by reason cif the facet
<br />that said dwelling has been determined to be dangerous to human. lifer and a
<br />hazard to the public sa~aty, he~nlth acrd welfare arzi that the cost of said
<br />ds~oiition and removal be paid from the general fund of the City of North Olm
<br />and cl~rged to the owner as a sp~aial assessment or lien on said parosl of land.,
<br />and assessed and ooller~ed in the manner of other assessments as praovidrd by law.
<br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed tc~ forward to
