CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 66- Jr~ <br />~~~"~.. <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION DAVID <br />DRIVE, FROM LORAIN ROAD TO WEST 237th STREET, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that all of <br />the improvements showiousltha lpro ed by thisl Council has1 been completed <br />Subdivision No. 2 prev Y P <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted , State of Ohio: <br />t <br />e <br /> <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />David Drive, From Lorain Road to West 237th Street. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be a health <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity that the development <br />of the City proceea in an arderly manner as rapidly as possible.
