CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, d ~ `~ f <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 23?-18-8 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SIDEWALK 5 <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of tho <br />Clty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />conatruction of aidewalka <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Yr & Yra Rutledge of l~833 Columbia Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 12.19 in pdy`»Fnt of said special assessments, in adtilalMCq, <br />fpr the tax years 19 66 ~~/SiM/~~ i nc 1 us i ve, together with accrued Inl>w~t+~yt <br />levied thereon against Per.anent Par~~l~No.237-18-8 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga Count be and he is heresy <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 ~~/{'~/ inclusive <br />assessments in full for, sidewalk construction <br />• Section 2; That the Directur of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1966 ~yf,E~//(~/ inclusive, amounting to <br />>j 12,19 on said parcel, <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to f©rward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />• Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to bt ~n <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North 0lm5ted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of thenecessity of cancelling the sp~:cial assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No,237_18-8 for construction of sidewalks <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ( ~ <br />1 ~ c <br />''L Gam, ~/ <br />i <br />Francis J.
