CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015— 116 <br /> By: Mayor Kennedy <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF WESTLAKE TO PROVIDE FOR THE <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF WALTER ROAD FROM BEECH LANE TO THE <br /> CORPORATION LINE, TOGETHER WITH ADDITIONAL COOPERATIVE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted and the City of Westlake have jointly recognized <br /> the need for and propose the attached Cooperative Agreement for Walter Road Improvement; and <br /> WHEREAS,it is accordingly the desire of this Council,acting upon the recommendation <br /> of the Director of Public Safety/Service, to authorize the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with <br /> the City of Westlake for the resurfacing of Walter Road, from Beech lane northerly to the City <br /> limits; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA,AND STATE OF OHIO: <br /> SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a Cooperative <br /> Agreement with the City of Westlake to provide for the improvement and resurfacing of Walter <br /> Road, from the area of Beech Lane to the northern City limits, upon such cooperative terms and <br /> conditions as outlined in the attached Agreement form.
