CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-157 <br />BY. <br />?AN ORDI.NANCE 'AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH RICHARD MONGELLO, ARCHITECT, FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF SUPERVISING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE <br />OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, SERVICE GARAGE <br />AND BUS GARAGE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to hire the <br />professional architectural services of Richard C. Mongello to <br />supervise and monitor the construction phase of the Administration <br />Building, Service Garage and Bus Garage, in that it is Councils' <br />belief that it is extremely important to have this phase of the project <br />closely monitored by a professional architect, and <br />WHERF.AS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the <br />Mayor to enter into an agreement to provide said services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into an Agreement with Richard Mongello, <br />Architect, for the purpose of supervising and monitoring the construction <br />phase of the Aciministration Building, Service Garage and Bus Garage, <br />a copy of said Agreement is attached hereto and marked EXHIBIT "A". <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to coordinate the construction of this <br />project, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor, <br />PASSED <br />ATTEST: <br />F orence Camp el , C er o Counc 1 ames D. oe er, resi ent o Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ro ert W.
