CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-138 <br />BY A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A VACUUM ASSIST INFRA RED HEATING <br />SYSTEM FOR THE PROPOSED SERVICE AND BUS GARAGE, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for a Vacuum Assist Infra Red Heating <br />System for the proposed Service & Bus Garage, in accordance with the <br />specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by <br />the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST: <br />F ORENCE E.
