CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82- 119 <br />BY &Jaz? <br />t'll <br />APJ ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />TWE SAPJGY RIDGE SUBDIVISION N0. 12, <br />WHICH INCLUDES BLOSSOP1 BOULEVAP.D AND <br />SANDERS LANE, IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that <br />all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans for Blossom <br />Boulevard and Sanders Lane, previously approved by this Council, <br />have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />the following streets or portions of streets designated herein: <br />Blossom Boulevard, 1,108.30 feet centerline distance from its <br />easterly intersection with Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 5 to its <br />westerly intersection with Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 6. <br />Sanders Lane, 354.35 feet centerline distance from its <br />westerly intersection with Sandy Ridge Subdivision Pdo. 6 to an <br />easterly point located between two (2) cul-de-sacs, one of which <br />extends northerly 60.00 feet centerline distance, and the other <br />extends southerly 50.00 centerline distance. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: _ 19Tf ?zeL <br />ATTEST: <br />?• ? ? ? <br />LORENCE E.
