CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-104 <br />BY: MaYOr Swietyniowski <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TNE AMENDD4ENT OF THE <br />ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH <br />ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES <br />HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT TO LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code which applies to the <br />below described real property is improper under the conditions <br />presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of <br />this lamd, and <br />WHEREAS, after caleful cons'deration, the Planning Commission <br />of the City, on the ? day of , 1982, recommended approval <br />of the change of the district herei specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled <br />"The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", <br />and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its <br />approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of <br />North Olmsted, is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is <br />hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel <br />of land from Multiple Residence District to Limited Industry District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and being part of original Olmsted <br />Township Lot No. l, Tract 6 and further being all of <br />Sublots 141 through 148, 176 through 185 and parts of <br />Sublots 133, 149, 150 and 175 in Zehman-Wolf and Sherman <br />Construction Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 as <br />shown on plat recorded in Volume 171, Pages 16 and 17 of <br />Cuyahoga County Map Records and being bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of <br />Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) and the Westerly line of <br />said Sublot No. 185; <br />Thence, South 630 56' 40" East 427.38 feet along the <br />Southerly line of Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) to the <br />Northeasterly corner of said Sublot 141; <br />Thence, South 20 8' 55" East along the Easterly line of <br />said Sublots 141 through 149 a distance of 675.58 feet <br />to a point in the Northerly line of I-480; <br />Thence, South 830 13' 13" West 266.33 feet along said <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point;
