CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-29 <br />BY: <br />Af, - zu"fio"eta <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DTRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR 1,000 TONS <br />OF STONE FOR VARIOUS SERVICE DEPARTMENT <br />NEEDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for 1,000 tons of <br />stone for various Service Department needs according to the <br />specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to provide for the City's stone require- <br />ments, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : _??j9 f? <br />ATTEST: <br />Q 6,C. ? ,?. <br />FL RENCE E.
