CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-54 <br />BY ? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />DIESEL FUEL AND MOTOR OIL, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and motor <br />oil according to the specifications now on file in his office, and <br />that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is necessary to meet the current needs of the City which <br />are running low, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? <br />ATTEST: <br />/ , "A u.. ? e (? 9??W? - 42012?
