CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-56 <br />BY: ? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AN AUTOMATIC <br />VARIABLE SPEED CONTROLLER FOR SEWAGE PUMPS AT <br />THE BROXBOURNE LIFT STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the DirecLor of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for an automatic variable <br />speed controller for sewage pumps at the Broxbourne Lift Station, <br />to be used by the City in accordance with the specifications now <br />on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason to <br />insure automatic operation of the pumps at the Broxbourne Lift <br />Station, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED : <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
