CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-64 <br />BY: DEAN McKAY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF EDUCATION <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF LEASING THE THIRD FLOOR OF BUTTERNUT <br />SCHOOL, 27235 BUTTERNUT RIDGE ROAD, FROM THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF EDUCATION, WHICH SHALL BE USED BY HORIZONS. <br />WHEREAS, this Council previously by Ordinance No. 81-67 <br />leased the Third Floor of the Butternut School for the Horizons <br />Youth Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Education requires additional rent <br />to be paid for said space, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the <br />Mayor to enter into an agreement reflecting that change. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted Board of <br />Education for the use of the Third Floor of Dover/Butternut <br />School owned by the North Olmsted Board of Education. Said <br />agreement shall, among other things, contain provisions with <br />respect to establishing hours of use, purpose, security, and <br />cost of leasing an area adequate for use by the Horizons Youth <br />Program as well as provisions indicating that the cost for <br />leasing such space shall not exceed Four Thousand Dollars <br />($4,000.00) per year. <br />SECTION 2: <br />That this Ordinance repeals Ordinance No. 81-67. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force r?om and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ? <br />ATTEST: <br />419?? 6 • <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CL K OF COUNCIL ME .
